A fabulous Holiday Chalet on a Farmstead located in the heart of rural Albret. When, on the 2nd of January 2013, we first set eyes on this fine old stonework building atop a hill shrouded in mist, we quickly succumbed to its spell and the charms of the surrounding countryside. Since then, with the help of local tradesmen, we have worked on restoring this quaint 18th century farmhouse and its 3-hectare site, which once belonged to the estate of Château de Salles. Our aim in renovating this property has been to retain its overall rustic character while incorporating decidedly modern furnishings and conveniences conform with high environmental standards. The guest quarters face west and are so configured so as to grant undisturbed access to the vanishing edge pool, thus ensuring the complete privacy of our visitors.
